I just wanted to say that while I made the statement in this video that nobody gets off benzos without problems, I acknowledge that I was wrong. Just since I made the video there have been people saying that they got off them without any problems whatsoever. While this is the first I’m hearing of that, I do not dispute their claims. Everyone is different and has different experiences coming off benzos.

I also want to acknowledge, as I stated in the video, that I know I’m not good at this whole video thing. I didn’t grow up with it so I’m learning as I go along. Please be patient with me as I learn, I realize I rambled too much in this video particularly.
